Oh my! I hope you feel better soon! I had a brown recluse spider bite me about 12 years ago and my entire leg was swollen to about the width of my body. I know it is not fun. Take care of yourself!!!
Oh, my gosh!! Your POOR mother!! Is she even able to move her hand/arm?? What are the doctors doing to help her situation? Will it heal itself completely? So sorry! :( :(

This looks awful and painful. I don't think we have these sorts of spiders in Canada (too cold). I hope that it heals and no infection.
