oh my goodness we just ate a delicious meal! enchiladas! but we didnt use traditional enchilada sauce.
1 4 oz can diced green chiles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 pound cheese
10 cooked chicken tenders
1 can olives- sliced
Mix chiles, sour cream, soup, olives, and half of grated cheese together. divide mixture in half. add chicken to one half of mixture. roll into 10-12 tortillas and place in 9x13 ungreased pan. cover tortillas with remaining mixture. top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
oh my goodness, its a must try! mike (our dinner guest) LOVED it! and he's, well, picky! ;)

Those are the enchiladas my mom makes (I've made them too, but I never have all the ingredients).
The only other ingredient we added (since I made them last night) was green onions. And we use corn not flour tortillas.
